Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Data Engg School, we strive to deliver high-quality digital learning experiences. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Course Cancellation
Since our courses are digital products, cancellation after purchase is generally not applicable. Once payment is confirmed and access is granted, you will immediately receive full access to the course content.
If you accidentally made a purchase or face any access issues, please contact our support team within 24 hours.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 100% refund under the following conditions:

The refund request is made within 7 calendar days of the purchase date.

You have not completed more than 25% of the course content.

You provide a valid reason for the request (optional, but appreciated for improving our service).
Note: Refunds are not applicable after 7 days or if significant course content has already been consumed.
3. How to Request a Refund

Our support team will process your request within 2–4 business days.
4. Refund Method
All refunds will be processed to the original payment method via Razorpay. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
5. Exceptions

No refunds will be issued for requests made after the 7-day window.

No refunds for users who have completed a substantial portion of the course.

Promotional or discounted course purchases may be non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
